The MCA204M from Stridsberg Engineering is a 4-Port Active Receiver Multicoupler that operates from 25 MHz to 1 GHz. It is designed to distribute VHF/UHF antenna signals to four (4) receivers with minimal loss and provides port-to-port isolation of more than 22 dB. This multicoupler is ideally suited for signal intercept and monitoring stations for both fixed and mobile platforms. It can be used in any monitoring post using receivers, scanners, or spectrum analyzers. The multicoupler requires a DC supply of 12 V and consumes 85 mA of current.
The MCA204M has mechanical and electrical design construction that meets government, military or commercial specifications. It is available in a rugged die-cast aluminum module that measures 4.375 x 2.375 x 1.250 inches and has BNC, TNC, or N-type connectors. It has a standard black powder coat finish with an option for olive drab green (MIl-841OD) coat.
