The HMMC-5645 from Keysight Technologies is a GaAs MMIC Frequency Doubler that converts an input frequency from 10-20 GHz to an output frequency from 20-40 GHz (useable up to 50 GHz). It has a conversion efficiency of -12 dB which can remain flat over an input power range of 20 dB using the bias. This doubler is ideal for microwave radio, aerospace and defense, and instrumentation applications.
