The AT-AM4-75110-13 from AT Microwave is a Full W Band, Active 4x Frequency Multiplier that up-converts an input frequency from 18.75-27.5 GHz to an output frequency from 75-110 GHz. It delivers of the output power of 13 dBm and has a harmonic suppression of -15 dBc. This multiplier requires a supply voltage of 5V while consuming 800 mA of current. It is available in a module that measures 60 x 30 X 20 mm with an SMA female connector at the input port and a WR-10 waveguide interface at the output port.
