The D1550LL is a frequency doubler with an input frequency of 1.5 to 5 GHz and output frequency from 3 to 10 GHz. It provides a conversion loss of 10.5 dB when driven by an input signal of 10 to 13 dBm. The D1550LL is available as a connectorized module with SMA female connectors.
