The FDA-K-0004 from Farran Technology is a K-Band MMIC 2x Frequency Multiplier that converts an input frequency of 7.5 – 16.5 GHz to an output frequency from 15 - 33 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than 23 dBm and has harmonic levels of -35 dBc. The multiplier can handle input power up to 10 dBm, requires a DC supply of 6 V, and consumes 750 mA of current. It is available in a module with K-type female connectors and can be used in a wide range of applications like communication receivers, radar front ends, driver amplifiers, and point-to-point communication.
