The FXA-12-0003 from Farran Technology is a 6x active frequency multiplier that up-converts an input frequency from 10 to 15 GHz to an output frequency from 60 to 90 GHz.It can handle input power up to 8 dBm and delivers an output power of more than 7 dBm. The multiplier requires a supply voltage of 5.5 to 8 VDC while consuming 800 mA of current and has a harmonic suppression of -20 dBc. It is available in a module that measures 47 x 30 x 21 mm with WR-12 Waveguide Interface (UG-387/U flange) at the output and an SMA female connector at the input.
