The HMM3G-024 from HXI is a 3x Passive Frequency Multiplier with an output frequency from 140 to 220 GHz. It consists of a pair of GaAs beam lead diodes on a planar circuit mounted in a low loss waveguide structure. The multiplier provides an output power of -6 dBm and has an efficiency of 3%. It is available in a compact module with a WR-15 UG385/U input flange and WR-05 UG387/U-M output flange. The multiplier is ideal for frequency multiplication, MMW instrumentation, signal source frequency extension, and test & measurement applications.
