The HMM3J-025 from HXI is a 3x passive frequency multiplier which multiplies an input signal with a frequency from 73.33 - 108.33 GHz to an output frequency from 220 - 325 GHz. The frequency multiplier has a WR-03 UG387/U-M Waveguide Interface at the output and a WR-10 UG387/U-M Waveguide Interface at the input. It accepts an input power range from 5 to 13 dBm and provides -7 dBm of output power. This 3x multiplier is suitable for frequency multiplication, mm-Wave instrumentation, signal source frequency extension and test & measurement applications.
