The XX1002-QH is an active frequency doubler with an output frequency range from 5 to 12 GHz. It can handle an input power that ranges from -3 to +3 dBm and delivers an output power of 16 dBm. The frequency doubler has excellent rejection of the fundamental and harmonic products and requires a single positive bias supply of 5 V while drawing 125 mA. It is available in a Lead-free 4 mm, 24 Lead QFN Package. The XX1002-QH is ideally suited for point-to-point radio applications and other telecom applications such as SATCOM and VSAT.
