MMD-1250H Image

The MMD-1250H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Millimeter Wave Doubler that multiplies an input frequency from 6 - 25 GHz to an output frequency from 12 - 50 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 19 dBm and provides 50 dB of isolation. The doubler is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diodes and has a low 2F conversion loss of 10 dB. It offers excellent conversion loss, high isolation, and low harmonic suppressions across a broad bandwidth. This RoHS complaint multiplier is available as a wire bondable die or connectorized module and is ideal for high-frequency synthesis, and LO signal chain applications.
