The MMD-20100H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC mm-Wave 2x Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 10-50 GHz to an output frequency from 20-100 GHz. This multiplier can handle up to 10 dBm of input power and has an isolation of 44 dB (30-100 GHz). It is fabricated using GaAs Schottky diodes. The multiplier is available as a wire bondable die or as a module with 1 mm coaxial connectors. It is ideal for mm-Wave frequency synthesis and LO signal chain for mm-Wave mixers applications.
