The MMQ-40125H from Marki Microwave is a GaAs MMIC Millimeter Wave 4x Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 10 - 31.25 GHz to an output frequency from 40 - 125 GHz. This Schottky diode multiplier consumes no DC power, offers excellent harmonic rejection, and provides very flat output power across an extremely wide output range. It provides 0 dBm output power from 60 to 100 GHz when provided a +20dBm input tone from 15 to 25 GHz. It is available as bare die or in a module with 1mm connecotrs. This multiplier is ideal for mm-Wave frequency synthesis and LO signal chain for mm-Wave mixers applications. It can be used for 5G, Automotive Radar and SATCOM Applications.
