The CY3-723-DG+ from Mini-Circuits is a 3x Frequency Multiplier that converts input frequencies from 13.33 - 22.33 GHz to output frequencies from 40 - 72 GHz. It has an input drive level from 12 to 19 dBm and a 21.1 dB conversion loss. This multiplier utilizes GaAs HBT technology and is suitable for chip and wire assemblies. It provides excellent harmonic suppression which simplifies harmonic and fundamental filtering requirements.
