The RKK-4-112+ from Mini Circuits is an x4 broadband frequency multiplier with an output frequency from 800 MHz to 1100 MHz. It can be used in a wide range of applications including synthesizers, local oscillators, satellite up and down converters and more. It has a wide input power range from 17 dBm to 23 dBm with a 22.5 dB conversion loss and good harmonic suppression.This multiplier is housed in a miniature, shielded surface-mount package that measures 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.18 inches with wrap-around terminations for excellent solderability.
