The SYS3X3637 from L3Harris Narda-MITEQ is a 3x Active Frequency Multiplier that multiplies an input frequency from 12.2 -12.5 GHz to an output frequency from 36.6-37.65 GHz. It provides an output power of 15 dBm with a high fundamental rejection of -60 dBc. The multiplier requires a dual bias voltage from 9 to 15 V and has a current consumption of up to 200 mA. It is available in a hermetically sealed package with 2.92 mm and SMA-Female connectors.
