The FX-07-SC from Pulsar Microwave is a passive frequency doubler with an input frequency of 3 to 6 GHz and output frequency from 6 to 12 GHz. It provides a conversion loss of 20 dB at F4 and 13 dB at F2, when driven by an input signal of 10 dBm. The F1 and F3 spurious are 20 dBc and 25 dBc respectively. It is available in a module that measures 0.96 x 0.66 x 0.32 inches with SMA connectors.
