The QMC-MX4K-F1841 from Quantum Microwave is a 4x Frequency Multiplier that upconverts an input frequency from 4-10.5 GHz to an output frequency from 16-42 GHz. It delivers an output power of 20 dBm with harmonics of under -15 dBc. The multiplier requires a DC supply of 8-10 V and consumes under 550 mA of current. It is available in a module with SMA-female connectors at the input and 2.92 mm-female connectors at the output.
The QMC-MX4K-F1841 4x multiplier has been developed using two 2x multipliers. These two multipliers can also be separated for use as two separate 2x multipliers.
