The SFA-603903316-12KF-E1 from SAGE Millimeter is an active 3x frequency multiplier that up-converts an input frequency from 20 to 30 GHz to an output frequency from 60 to 90 GHz. The multiplier can amplify an input signal of up to 3 dBm to have an output power of up to 16 dBm. It has a typical harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and requires +8 V of DC Supply. The multiplier is available in a module with a female K connector at the input port and the output is a WR-12 waveguide with a UG-387/U anti-cocking flange. The multiplier can be integrated into frequency extenders, source modules and communications systems. Other port configurations are available under different model numbers.
