The RadiSense® RSS2040S from Raditeq is a High-Frequency E-field probe that operates from 10 MHz to 40 GHz. This probe has an isotropic E-field measurement range from 1 to 1000 V/m and a measurement resolution of 0.1 V/m (from 100-1000 V/m). It can conduct measurements at a speed of 100 measurements/second (individual X-Y-Z axis + isotropic value) and offers an accurate frequency response. This E-field probe can be used in combination with the RadiCentre modular test system, which is available as a 1-slot, 2-slot, or 7-slot device. It is connected to a laser power plug-in card with FC/ST dual fiber links for power supply and bi-directional communication to the probe.
The RSS2040S can store the user correction data inside the probe, thereby eliminating the need to apply frequency-dependent corrections for individual axis in software. It is supported by RadiMation and RadiMation Pro automated EMC test and measurement software packages to remote control and adjustment via a PC interface. This probe is available in a stalk-probe housing that measures 30 cm.
