The DLP-PNF-5000 from Microwave Vision Group is a Minimum Scattering Probe for planar near-field measurements from 50 to 75 GHz. It provides a gain from 8 to 9 dBi and has a VSWR of less than 1.90:1. This probe has port-to-port isolation of more than 45 dB and cross-polar discrimination of over 35 dB. It supports wideband orthomode junction (OMJ) based on an inverted quad-ridge circular waveguide (with external feeding circuits) to provide dual linear polarization for planar near-field testing.

The DLP-PNF-5000 is precision-machined with highly reliable RF components, thereby ensuring a stiff and robust mechanical design. It ensures no nulls in the forward radiation pattern and has minimum waveguide cross-section for low backscattering. This probe also includes an RF absorber panel and a polarization switch for enhanced functionality. It measures 7 mm and is available in an Aluminum housing with WR-15 waveguide interface.
