The HQ0618 from Clear Microwave is a 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 6 to 18 GHz. The coupler has an insertion loss of 0.5 dB, an isolation of 20 dB and an Input/Output VSWR of 1.25:1. It can handle up to 20 watts of CW power and 3 KW of peak power. The HQ0618 is available in a module with SMA connectors with the ports matched to 50 ohms.
