The IPP-7105IT is a 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 1000 to 2500 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.50 dB, an isolation of more than 14 dB and a VSWR of less than 1.30:1. It can handle up to 200 W of CW power, is matched to 25 to 50 Ohms and phase balance of +/-5 degrees. This coupler is available in a Surface Mount (SMD) package which measures 1.50 x 0.50 inches and can be supplied on tape and reel.
