The IPP-7150 from Innovative Power Products is a 3 dB, 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. This coupler can handle up to 300 watts of CW power and has improved amplitude balance of less than +/- 0.4 dB across the full band. It provides an isolation of over 17 dB with an insertion loss of less than 0.4 dB. The hybrid coupler is available in a surface mount package that measures 1.250 x 0.200 x 0.208 inches.
