The IPP-7164 from Innovative Power Products is a 90° Hybrid Coupler that operates from 500 to 6000 MHz. It can handle a CW input power of up to 100 W, has an insertion loss of 1.25 dB, and provides isolation of more than 13 dB. The coupler has an amplitude balance of ±1.7 dB and a phase balance of ±8°. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.500 x 1.800 x 0.158 inches and is ideal for commercial, industrial or military broadband applications.
