The MQS-0418 from Marki Microwave is a MMIC Quadrature [90 degrees] Hybrid Coupler that operates from 4 to 18 GHz. The hybrid coupler has an isolation of 16 dB, amplitude balance of 0.4 dB and phase balance of +/- 0.5 degrees. It has been developed using Passive GaAs MMIC technology and is available as a wire bondable chip or connectorized module. The coupler can be used in a wide range of applications including single sideband upconverters, image rejection downconverters, IQ modulators, balanced amplifiers and microwave correlators.
