The 705S-3.000 from MECA is a 3 dB, 90 Degree Hybrid Coupler that operates from 2 to 4 GHz. This hybrid coupler can handle up to 50 watts of average power and up to 3 kW of peak power. It has an isolation of over 25 dB and a VSWR of 1.15:1. The 705S-3.000 is available in a rugged aluminium module with SMA female connectors. This hybrid coupler is ideal for designing duplexers, combining amplifiers or can be used to provide a 90° phase shift with high isolation to avoid mixing signals. It can also be used for many other applications in the 2 to 4 GHz frequency band.
