The SQ27513 from SigaTek Microwave is a 90° Hybrid Coupler that operates from 1 to 12.4 GHz. This 3 dB coupler provides more than 20 dB of isolation and has an insertion loss of less than 1.2 dB. It can handle an average power of up to 30 W and a peak power of up to 1 kW. The coupler has an amplitude balance of ±0.7 dB and a phase balance of ±8°. It is available in a module that measures 3.74 x 1.157 x 0.433 inches with SMA connectors.
