The SQ29516 from SigaTek Microwave is a 90-Degree, 3 dB Hybrid Coupler that operates from 2 to 40 GHz. It can handle an average power of up to 10 W (CW) and a peak power of up to 500 W. The coupler has an insertion loss of less than 2.7 dB and provides an isolation of over 14 dB. It has an amplitude balance of less than ±1.5 dB and a phase balance of under ±15 degrees. This coupler is available in a module that measures 45.1 x 17.3 x 11.0 mm with four 2.92 mm Female connectors.
