The DQP-15-150 from Synergy Microwave is a 90 degree hybrid coupler that operates from 15 to 150 MHz. This 3 dB coupler has an isolation of more than 23 dB, insertion loss of 1.2 dB and amplitude unbalance of 0.9 dB. It can handle up to 1 watt of RF power and has a VSWR of 1.2:1. It is available in a small package size and is a building block for amplifiers, image rejection mixers and phase shifters.
