The HQ5238 from TRM Microwave is a Space Qualified 90 degree Hybrid Power Divider that operates from 2 to 2.5 GHz. It and has an insertion loss of less than 0.2 dB and provides an isolation of more than 20 dB. The divider can handle an input power of up to 150 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.12:1. It has a maximum amplitude balance of 0.25 dB and a maximum phase balance of ±5°. This power divider is available in a nickel plated module with SMA-female connectors.
