The HC-K000-QS from Universal Microwave Components is a 90° Hybrid Coupler that operates from 1 to 4 GHz. This 3 dB coupler can handle an average CW input power of up to 50 W, a peak input power of up to 3 kW, and has a VSWR of less than 1.25:1. It provides a coupling of up to 3.2 dB and an isolation of more than 22 dB. The coupler has a maximum phase error of ±5° and is impedance matched to 50 ohms. It is available in a commercial-grade package that measures 19.1 x 82.6 x 9.7 mm with SMA-Female connectors.
