The QH11687 from Werlatone is a 90° Hybrid Coupler that operates from 0.5 to 6 GHz. This 3 dB coupler can handle a CW input power of up to 150 W, has an insertion loss of less than 0.85 dB, and provides an isolation of more than 17 dB. It has a phase balance of ±5° and an amplitude balance of ±1 dB. The coupler is available in a RoHS-compliant surface-mount package that measures 1.28 x 1.08 x 0.13 inches.
