The AOC1409 Series from Abracon are high stability, low phase noise OCXOs/VCOCXOs with a frequency of 20 MHz. These crystal oscillators have an extremely low long-term aging of ±700 ppb over 20 years, stability over temperature of ±10 ppb from -40°C to +85°C and excellent phase noise of -138 dBc/Hz typ. @ 100Hz offset. They OCXOs are available in a 14.9 x 9.7mm, 6-pin SMD reflow-solderable package and requires a 3.3 V supply. They can be used in a wide range of applications like in cellular infrastructure, GPS and T&M Equipment.
