The O-CI-LF Series from NEL Frequency Controls are Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO) with a frequency range from 8 to 13 MHz. They provide a sinewave or HCMOS/TTL output waveform with a frequency stability of ±20 ppb and a g-sensitivity of ±10 ppb. These SC-cut OCXOs are available in premium or ultimate phase noise options with a phase noise of -163 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset, ultimate version). They have a warm-up time of less than 5 minutes. These oscillators require a DC supply of 5/12 V and consume less than 2.5 W of power in warm-up mode and 0.7 W of power in steady-state mode. They are available in packages that measure 1 x 1 inch and are ideal for instrumentation, tele/data communications and GPS applications.
