The KLNE Series from KYOCERA AVX are Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators (OCXO) that operate from 10 to 120 MHz. They provide sinewave or CMOS/TTL outputs with a phase noise of -170 dBc/Hz (@10 MHz offset) and a frequency stability of ±100 ppb. These oscillators are tolerant to micro-vibrations and have a low acceleration sensitivity of 1.0 ppb/g. They have a rise/fall time of less than 5 ns and have a duty cycle from 45 to 55%. The OCXOs require a DC supply of 5/12 V, which consumes less than 5.2 W of power in start-up and 1.5 W of power in steady-state mode. They are available in a package that measures 25 x 25 mm and is ideal for use in network infrastructure, phase-locked microwave applications, low-noise test, and measurement systems, GPS precision timing devices, military high-performance devices, medical devices, and aerospace and industrial applications.
