The AXIOM145ULN from AXTAL is an Ultra-Low Noise 10 MHz Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO). It provides a sinewave output with a phase noise of -163 dBc/Hz (at 1 kHz offset) and has a frequency stability (vs operating temperature range) of ±25 ppb. This OCXO has a warm-up time of less than 5 minutes and includes an Enable and Oven Alarm (OA) pin for protection. It has spurious emissions of lower than -90 dBc and harmonics of -40 dBc. This oscillator requires a DC supply of 12 V, and consumes less than 200 mA of current (steady-state) and 350 mA of current (warm-up). It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 41 x 30 x 16 mm.
10 MHz High Stability OCXO with LVTTL Output
