The BOVTB Series from Bliley Technologies are Oven Controlled Oscillators that operate from 10 to 100 MHz (The required frequency can be specified when ordering). These OCXOs have a phase noise of -145dBc/Hz at 1 kHz offset and a rise/fall time of 10 nS. They provide CMOS, TTL or sinusoid waveforms at the output. The OCXOs consume a start-up power of up to 7 W and a steady-state power of 2 W. They offer high-frequency stability vs temperature of up to ±100 ppb and have a warm-up time of less than 3 minutes. These RoHS-compliant OCXOs are available in a 36 x 27 mm surface-mount package.
