The Iris Series of OCXOs from Bliley Technologies operate over a wide frequency range from 10 to 100 MHz. These OCXOs are specifically designed for commercial space Low Earth Orbit (LEO) applications, designed to be radiation tolerant for both Total Ionizing Dosage (TID) and Linear Energy Transfer (LET) typical of LEO orbits. They have an excellent phase noise of -168 dBc/Hz and g sensitivity of 0.3 ppb/g. The OCXOs have a frequency vs temperature stability of up to ±100 ppb and require a 5 V supply. The Iris Series of OCXOs are available in 1 x 1 inches surface mount package.
