The USATM-10MEX-XBXB series from Bliley Technologies are ultra-stable OCXOs that operate at 10 MHz. The OCXOs operate over a temperature range from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius with ±0.2 to ±0.5 ppb frequency stability. They require a supply voltage of 5 V and provide Sine or CMOS/TTL output waveforms. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -145 dBc/Hz at a 10 kHz offset. They are available in a surface mount package that measures 51 x 51 mm.
