The OH4 Series from Connor-Winfield are OCXOs and OCVCXOs that operate from 6.4 to 40 MHz. They provide LVCMOS, HCMOS, or Sinewave outputs and have a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. These oscillators have frequency stabilities ranging from ±5ppb to ±100ppb over a temperature range from -40 to +85°C. They require 3.3 or 5.0 V of input supply and have a warm-up time of less than 3 minutes. These RoHS compliant oscillators are available in a 14-pin DIP package that measures 20.32 x 12.7 x 10.16 mm and also complies with ITU-T G.8262 Options 1 and 2, and ITU-T G.8263.
