DOCXO2020C Image

The DOCXO2020C from Dynamic Engineers is a Highly Stable Miniature OCXO with a frequency from 5 to 100 MHz. It has a phase noise of -170 dBc/Hz @100 kHz, and frequency stability of ±0.1 ppb over a temperature range from -40°C to +80°C. The OCXO has low aging of up to ±1 x 10-10/day, and 2 x 10-8/year. It provides HCMOS (TTL) or Sinewave outputs while operating over a 5 V supply voltage. The OCXO is based on miniature double oven technology and is developed using a resonator heating processes that allow for a drastic reduction in the oven-control thermal mass structure. It is available in a hermetically sealed drop-in package and is ideal for use in rubidium standard replacements, stratum 2 clock systems, instrumentation, and GPS receivers.
