OCXO2021AX Image

The OCXO2021AX from Dynamic Engineers is an Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) with a frequency range from 10 to 120 MHz. It provides a sinewave or CMOS/TTL output waveform with frequency stability (vs temperature) of ±100 ppb and an SSB phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz (at 10 kHz offset, 10 MHz frequency). This OCXO has spurious emissions of -70 dBc and harmonics of -30 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 3.3/5 V and consumes less than 3.5 W of power in warm-up mode and 1.5 W in steady-state mode. This oscillator has excellent temperature performance and short-term stability and is ideal for a wide range of timing applications. It is available in a package that measures 20.6 x 20.6 x 12.7 mm and is suitable for cellular base stations, instrumentation, microwave, and radar reference applications.
