OCXO3307AW Image

The OCXO3307AW from Dynamic Engineers is an Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) that operates from 8 to 150 MHz. It provides an HCMOS (TTL) or Sinewave output waveform with an SSB phase noise of -172 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset) and a frequency stability of ±1 ppb (vs. temperature). This OCXO has a warm-up time of 60 seconds and a rise/fall time of less than 10 ns. It requires a DC supply of 3.3/5 V, consumes less than 1.2 W of power during warm-up, and 180 mW of power in steady-state mode.

This oscillator consumes very low power and is available in a compact size while maintaining high stability over a temperature range from -60°C to +85°C. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 15.9 x 15.3 x 9.5 mm and is ideal for portable wireless communications, mobile test equipment, beacons and rescue systems, and battery-powered applications.
