The OCXO3313C series of OCXOs from Dynamic Engineers provide an oscillation frequency from 8 to 150 MHz. These SMD OCXOs have a phase noise of -155 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and a stability of ±5 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 85°C. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5V and provide CMOS or sinewave waveform output. The OCXO's are available in a surface mount package and are ideal for mobile test equipment, portable wireless communications and battery powered applications.
