The OCXO3318AW from Dynamic Engineers is a high stability miniature OCXO that operates from 8 to 150 MHz. It has a phase noise of -172 dBc/Hz @100 kHz and a frequency stability of ± 5 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius. This OCXO provides HCMOS (TTL) and Sine waveforms at the output while operating on a supply voltage of 3.3 and 5 V.
