The OCXO3319AW from Dynamic Engineers is a Miniature OCXO with a frequency from 30 to 300 MHz. It provides HCMOS (TTL) or Sinewave outputs with an SSB phase noise of -158 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset. The OCXO has frequency stability of better than ±10 ppb, a warm up time of 30 s, and an aging of ±0.05 ppm per year. It operates over a supply voltage of 5 V and consumes less than 1200 mW of power. This OCXO is available in a MIL-STD-202 shock-resistant package and is suitable for microwave communications, instrumentation, synthesizer reference, radar reference, and portable & low-power applications.
