The OCXO3629C series of OCXOs from Dynamic Engineers operate from 30 to 300 MHz. These OCXOs have a phase noise of -135 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5/12V and provide an HCMOS, TTL or sinewave waveform output. The OCXO's are available in a 35.4 x 26.7 x 12.1 mm drop-in package and are ideal for cellular base stations, instrumentation, radar reference, stratum 3E clock systems, and microwave applications. They are available with various temperature stability options.
