The OCXO9700S series of OCXOs from Dynamic Engineers provide an oscillation frequency from 10 to 40 MHz. These SMD OCXOs have a phase noise of -140 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and a stability of ±20 ppb over a temperature range from -40 to 85°C. They require a supply voltage of 3.3/5V and provide rectangular or clipped sinewave waveform output. The OCXO's are available in a 9.7 x 7.5 x 4.1 mm surface mount package and are ideal for small cell, test & measurement, packet timing protocol, and digital switch applications.
