The IQCM-200 from IQD Frequency Products is an OCXO that operates at a frequency of 10 MHz and is designed to provide exceptional holdover stability and accuracy. It provides an HCMOS output waveform with a phase noise of -150 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset. The oscillator has a rise and fall time of less than 8 ns, a duty cycle of 45/55% and a minimum pulse width of 10 μs. It uses an adaptive algorithm to incorporate sync to a 1 PPS input and provides a 1 PPS output with up to 1.5 μs holdover stability. This OCXO requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 1.4 A of current. It is available in a package that measures 51 x 51 x 13 mm and can be controlled via a serial UART interface.
