The IQOV-116-1 from IQD Frequency Products is a high-stability OCXO available in standard frequencies of 10, 19.2, and 20 MHz. It provides an HCMOS output with a phase noise of -130 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset and a duty cycle of 45/55%. This oscillator delivers a frequency stability of ±0.05 ppm and has a g-sensitivity of less than 1 ppb/g with a rise and fall time of 6 ns.

The IQOV-116-1 is the smallest OCXO in the IQD range, featuring high stability across an extended operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C. This OCXO requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 600 mA of current during warm-up and 230 mA of current during steady-state operation. It is available in a miniature SMD package that measures 7.5 x 5.5 mm and is ideal for wireless communication, small cells, communication infrastructure, frequency reference, and measurement systems.
